Which platforms can I publish to in the beta?
X is the only available publisher. Drafts for other platforms can stay in Reesha, but cannot be published or scheduled yet. X long-form requires verified API capability; Articles are not available for publishing in this beta.
Is Reesha a subscription?
No. Top-ups are one-time purchases with no monthly fee. Choose the amount you need in Billing when checkout is available. Every $1 adds 100 credits.
Can I buy credits now?
Open Billing to see whether checkout is available for your workspace. Sandbox payments are test-only; production checkout uses the live Polar account.
Will Reesha charge my card automatically?
No. Top-ups are manual one-time purchases. Automatic top-ups are not enabled.
Who owns the balance?
The workspace owns one wallet, managed by its Owner. Its Brands share that balance. Collaborators can work in their assigned Brands without creating another workspace.
Does scheduling cost extra?
No. Scheduling holds the future X publication cost. Only confirmed segments are charged; canceling an unstarted schedule releases its hold.
What happens when paid work fails?
Confirmed X segments remain visible and are charged once, including part of a thread. Unused reservations release after a known failure. Needs review means the provider outcome is unknown: the remaining hold stays reserved until verification, and retry is unavailable. A safe retry of a known failure shows the remaining cost and resumes only unfinished segments.
What does Polar do?
Polar handles top-up payment, tax, and receipts. Reesha keeps the authoritative workspace wallet, publishing holds and usage records.
What can I do with an empty wallet?
You can still open the workspace, edit drafts, and manage your team. Add credit before starting new X publishing or scheduling; already funded work keeps its reservation.
Do credits expire if I stop using Reesha?
No. Inactivity does not expire purchased credits or create a fee. Reserved publishing credit is shown separately from available credit.
Where can I find contact and refund guidance?
See the existing contact guidance. Keep the post ID for a Needs review outcome, or your Polar receipt for a payment question. Refund policy and a dedicated support route are still pending confirmation for public release; this page does not promise refund eligibility or a deadline.
