Terms of Service
These terms explain your use of Reesha, a service for drafting, scheduling and publishing social media content.
Using Reesha
You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms and authority to act for any organization or workspace you represent. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the people and integrations you authorize to act within your workspace.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your content. You give Reesha permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including publishing to connected social accounts. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload or publish. Check content, recipients, account selections and schedules before authorizing publication.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reesha for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, fraud, spam or unauthorized access. Do not bypass security controls or misuse platform APIs. Follow the rules of the social platforms you connect. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect others or comply with legal obligations.
Connected services
Social platforms and other connected services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, permissions and rate limits may change. We cannot guarantee that a platform will accept a post or that every scheduled publication will succeed. You can revoke a connection through the relevant platform or disconnect it in Reesha.
Prepaid credits and pricing
Where paid top-ups are available, purchases add usage credits to the purchasing workspace. Credits are usable only for Reesha features, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are not a bank balance. The applicable price, taxes and usage charges are shown in the product or checkout. A one-time credit purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Refunds and payment reversals may remove the associated credits and affect availability of paid features.
Payments and refunds
For purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller; its buyer terms govern the payment transaction. The seller and payment provider shown at checkout or on your receipt determine which purchase terms apply. Earlier purchases through another provider remain subject to their original purchase terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Service changes and ending use
You may stop using Reesha at any time. Disconnect social accounts and cancel unwanted scheduled posts before leaving. We may change features or suspend service for security, abuse or operational reasons. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes that affect your account. Closing an account does not automatically request a refund or erase records we must retain.
Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for your content and authorized use of the service. We take reasonable care in providing Reesha, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access or particular social media results. These terms do not exclude any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date on this page when these terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
